Delivery in WorldWide: 6-9 working days. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 working days after quality control and preparation of your order. Customer satisfaction is our priority. The mandatory inspection during this inspection phase greatly increases customer satisfaction, which is our top priority.
Because we care about customer satisfaction, you have 30 days to return your order for any reason. Simply contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the reason for your problem. In most cases, you will receive your money back within 48 hours.
Do I have to sign for my order? You do not have to sign for your parcel, but if your letterbox is smaller than the parcel, the courier can take it to your local post office to collect it if you are not at home to accept the delivery. The courier will not leave your parcel on your doorstep or in an unsafe place.
Are there any exchange rates or charges?
All our transactions are in EUR. If your payment method is based on another currency, your bank or card issuer may charge you an international transaction fee. The exchange rate is set by your bank or card issuer.

How do I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must contact our support team immediately. Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt to ensure your items reach you as quickly as possible. It is therefore unlikely that we will be able to make any changes to your order after this time. Once an order has been packed or dispatched and a tracking number has been generated, we cannot cancel or change your order. You must wait for your order to arrive and send it back to us.
What should I do if my order is damaged or misdelivered?
